Here’s the list…lean beef, turkey, chicken, tuna, fish, seafood, eggs, steak and protein shakes. Don’t go overboard. Eat a serving of protein with every meal to keep you on target. A serving is the size of a deck of cards or the palm of your hand.

Protein shakes are an easy way to fit in a quick meal replacement and get your protein.
